What is MAMP PRO?
MAMP PRO is an application that helps you easily configure and run local web servers like Apache or Nginx. It also supports relational databases such as MySQL (5.7 & 8.0) and NoSQL solutions like Redis and Memcached.
You can work with different versions of PHP and Python, all with the necessary modules for development already included.
MAMP PRO also comes with a built-in text editor that you can customize to fit your workflow. Additionally, you can easily transfer your site to a remote hosting provider — without needing third-party tools like Homebrew or Docker.
